It’s no secret that Kerli’s music career is booming and with this new track, she’ll hit number one in Europe! This song is definitively upbeat and makes you want to move. Personally, I wouldn’t download the song on iTunes because I’m not much into Kerli and her style in music but that’s no reason to dislike her completely. Regarding her video, It was a fun thing to watch. I felt as if I were watching the next Lady Gaga music video. You can totally tell that Kerli’s unique in her own way. Tell me what you guys think about the video! I wanted to post the video but something is going wrong and Luuux won’t allow it. You go directly to the video by going here: http://mylikes.com/l/1u9kb
In order for you to understand where I’m coming from, I think you would have to watch the video. No doubt about it, Kerli is moving to bigger and better places.
Electropop sensation Kerli isn’t shy about expressing herself, from her wild outfits to her thoughts on the success of her new song!
Her new video for “Zero Gravity” quickly gained over a million views, which she tells Celebuzz is only getting things started. “I want more!” she told us at the NewNowNext Awards.
As ever, her look was over the top — and we’re loving it!
“I read a really offensive review of my last music video and they said that I was a barbie doll from space on ecstasy,” and I was like; this is so perfect!” she says with a smile. “Every time people try to offend me, I’m like, this is really well [said]. I wouldn’t have put it that way, but this is awesome.”
Watch her new video below and see if you’d make the same fashion critique!
KERLI Fixed At ZERO GRAVITY In A Weightless Wonderland
I’m as light as I can be
I’m as high as I can be
In a wondrous weightless wonderland where limitless isn’t presumptuous.
A world where Bubbles float on shades of Deity scented with glee
And swim in the technicolored telepathy of KERLI
In a world fixed at Zero Gravity, all is fair in love and levity.
A world bathed in the sweet sweet sounds of bottomless beats preening under the waterfall of a weighty weightless Goddess is a world shaped by art, fashion, expression, colors, sights, sounds, RPMs, BPMs, linguistics, phonetics, pinwheels and fluffy cuddly teddy bears.
Imagine a weightless world where the peaks of Madonna, Lady Gaga, Bjork, Katy Perry and Rihanna unlock the tulips of Tiesto, Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Deadmau5 & Kaskade.
Welcome to the destiny of Zero Gravity
Behold the first moonchild of KERLI 2.0
Immerse yourself in the official music video for ZERO GRAVITY directed by Alon Isocianu (Done With Dolls, Candy Coated Killahz, The Balconies, Shortwave HotKid) and Pasha Patriki (Down With Webster, Kate Voegele, Finger 11, Emily Osment).
Watch it and then close your eyes and watch it again…
We last set our eyes on the Estonian dance pop confectionary that is Kerli last year as she gathered up a shining “Army Of Love” of beaming Moon Children with duty instructions of taking over the universe.
True to her word and elevated by her banded army of Moon Children, Kerli has reached new heights and transcended unto a higher pop fantastical atmosphere. Whereby, she has literally metamorphosised from Pop Princess into a galactical Disco Queen with the help of two wardrobe mistress space nymphs, who ensure that one of pops most brightest majestical forces is rooted in her sky high, disco-glitter shaker dome, kingdom, anchored by her sky scraper moon boots whilst attempting to tame Kerli’s flowing locks against a gravitational bad hair day. Yep - there is hope for us all, even heavenly visions have them!
As Kerli’s transformation completes into a regally celestial, otherworldly pop force. We leave her reaching out for a star to swing on and sweep up a few moonbeams to sprinkle back down to earth as she begins to transmit her vivacious dance pop energy waves throughout the universe, as she delivers “Zero Gravity” the first taste of her forthcoming sophomore album dropping later this year. By the sounds and sights of it, its going to be an absolute corker all round!
